Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of support does Warmstead provide?
Warmstead offers educational programs and organizational tools for families. We focus on communication skills, scheduling resources, and peer community spaces. Everything we provide is framed as general information and support — we do not offer regulated professional services.
Who can join the community support groups?
The groups are open to anyone navigating family life — parents, co-parents, step-parents, caregivers, or other family members. There's no requirement to be going through a particular situation; the groups simply provide a space to share and connect.
How do the co-parenting coordination tools work?
We provide shared digital calendars and a set of message templates that help two households coordinate everyday logistics — school schedules, pickups, medical appointments, and similar events. It's a practical organizational resource, not a monitoring or enforcement tool.
How long does a workshop program typically run?
The Family Communication Workshops are generally delivered across four sessions of roughly two hours each. These can be spread over several weeks or condensed, depending on group preference. We'll confirm the schedule when you get in touch.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. All participants agree to a confidentiality guideline at the start of any group session. We do not share personal details with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
What are your fees and how do I pay?
Program fees are listed on each service card — starting from ฿5,800 for workshops, ฿17,500 for coordination tools, and ฿32,000 for community group packages. Payment details are confirmed upon enquiry. We accept bank transfer and standard payment methods common in Thailand.
