1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device — your computer, phone, or tablet — when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to give the site owner basic information about how the site is being used.

Cookies do not contain personal information such as your name or payment details on their own. Any personal data they are associated with is the data you have already provided to us through forms or account registration.

2. Cookies we use

Essential cookies

Always active — cannot be disabled

Required

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as filling in forms or setting privacy preferences. You can set your browser to block these cookies, but some parts of the site will then not work.

Examples: Session identifiers, security tokens, cookie consent state.

Analytics cookies

Optional

These help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously. They allow us to count visits and see which pages and content attract the most interest so we can improve the experience over time.

Examples: Google Analytics page-view counts, session duration, bounce rate.

Marketing cookies

Optional

These cookies may be set through our site by advertising partners. They may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites. They do not store personal information directly, but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device.

Examples: Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, Bing Ads.

Preference cookies

Optional

These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make — such as your region or language — and provide enhanced, more personalised features. The information these cookies collect may be anonymised and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.

Examples: Language selection, display preferences.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. We do not control the setting of these cookies and you should check the relevant third-party websites for more information about their cookies and how to manage them.

4. How long do cookies last?

Cookies fall into two categories based on how long they remain on your device:

Session cookies

Temporary cookies that are deleted from your device when you close your browser. They are used to track your movements from page to page so you are not asked for information you have already given during that visit.

Persistent cookies

These remain on your device for a set period — typically 30 days to 2 years depending on the cookie. They are activated each time you visit the website that set the cookie. Your consent preferences are stored for up to 12 months.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also control and delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how parts of this and other websites work.

7. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time. You can do this by adjusting your preferences above or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it. Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the core features of this website, though some functionality — such as personalised content — may be reduced.

If you have any questions about how we use cookies or wish to exercise your data rights, please contact us at [email protected].
