Terms & Conditions

"Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

"We / Us / Our" refers to Warmstead, operating from 159 Thanon Withayu, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.

"User" / "You" refers to any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a program.

"Programs" refers to the educational workshops, coordination tools, and community group services offered by Warmstead.

"Content" refers to all materials, templates, session guides, and resources provided as part of a program.

Enrollment in a program is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is sent by Warmstead. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion.

Access to coordination tools begins following the onboarding session and remains active for 12 months from the enrollment date unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so that we can reach you about scheduling and program updates.

Fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website and confirmed at enrollment. Payment is due in full before access to a program begins. We accept bank transfer and other standard payment methods available in Thailand.

Cancellation by participant: Cancellations made at least 7 days before a program begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, but the enrollment may be transferred to a future program cycle with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellation by Warmstead: If we cancel a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cycle.

Warmstead's programs are provided for general educational and organizational purposes only. We make no representation that participation in any program will produce any particular outcome for you or your family.

Nothing we provide constitutes professional advice. If you have concerns requiring professional input — including but not limited to legal, health, or psychological matters — please seek qualified professional support.

Our website and programs are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Warmstead's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or reliance losses.

Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform where such delays or failures arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government orders, or infrastructure failures.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable written notice. Warmstead may terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or act in a manner that disrupts program delivery or harms other participants.

Upon termination, your access to coordination tools and materials ceases. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Warmstead relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

We may not assign our obligations under this Agreement without your consent. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
